Depression is very real and it is nothing to be ashamed of. If you suffer from it you're gonna find hope in today's episode. Are you feeling desperate to act? Take caution! That's usually your own self will pushing. So take a deep breath, get still and take time to settle down your will with us today. You'll understand that when it's decision time that calmness is imperative to knowing and choosing God's will. John 3:30

Are you too busy to pray? If possible pray before all else. It's how you will find guidance for the day's decisions and it shows humility and dependence on God. Today hear about all the wonderful things God provides when we turn to Him in prayer. Psalm 16

Friend! You measure up! So let self-hatred go!! That ain't God. We have both struggled with self-hatred and we know from experience it's keeping you from discovering what is amazing about YOU!! John 15:16

When beginning again Tuesday, you may not get what you want but God promises to supply what you need. Inspired by Philippians 4:19

Why not stop waiting for others to love you? Reach out and love them FIRST. This stops you from being a victim "We love Him because He first loved us." (Inspired from I John 4:19)

Thursday is a great day to resist the temptation to play God. As tough as tough love is it is it's time to allow "capable" people to grow from "their" choices. You don't know the life lessons God can teach you both through "their" decisions. Trust them to God but give them your support, love, and compassion. Here's what He has to say for ALL OF US in Jeremiah 29:11 "For I know the plans I have for you, (and them) says the Lord. They are plans for good and not disaster, to give you a future and a HOPE!"
