Fear is something I (Teresa) learned about early in my childhood. Did you know it usually originates from two things? Believing you won't get something you want or you will lose something you already have. Until I understood how it originated it also diminished my self esteem. Did you know that people can be your mirror reflecting your better and worst qualities. They can be catalysts who activate character issues within you that need to be dealt with. So if you are impatient, offended or intolerable of others who are like sandpaper to you maybe it's time to let them off the hook by realizing that they may just be your greatest teachers.
