You can shape the day, the world, and even the future by what you say about yourself or someone else because words are sooo powerful! They proceed from the tongue which is a difficult thing to control. It works with words creating phrases to shape our thoughts and lives. Discover why the phrase "stick and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me" couldn't be further from the truth and how to get beyond any untruths that have been spoken. James 3:5

Connections are crucial! If you want to stay focused and walking in the purpose and destiny God has for you and have your life and faith point others to Him, then spend time with people who will encourage you and are walking with Him. 1 Corinthians 15:33

There are many addictions. Some seldom discussed or even called addictions such as over thinking, analyzing, & fixating. They don't have to take over your life! They can keep your mind so busy you'll default to them to avoid reality and responsibilities. We've both struggled in these areas and still can. Today we offer suggestions as to how to get beyond it. John 14:27

Is there some role for you to play to stop delaying your destiny? Could it be disciplining your mind to stop spending any more excessive time thinking about who or what you have no power to change?
