What's "No"vember? It's a time to start saying "no" to people, peoples, & things that drain your energy, or that isn't good for your wellbeing. Dylan and Megan share their thoughts on the positives on saying no, on making boundaries, and looking out for yourself before anyone else. People pleasing is a real thing, going above and beyond is common, but we often forget to check in with ourselves to make sure we actually have the capacity to say yes to all these additional things. Remove the idea on feeling guilty for setting a boundary or saying no. It's okay not to say yes all the time.
This week we also have music featured by Brettyn Rose & Tom Cary.

When was the last time you texted someone "outta the blue" just to say hi? Why is it that we follow people on social media, like or comment on their photos, but we can't take the time to send them a message, text, or pick up the phone to call them? On this week's episode, Megan & Dylan share the importance of re-connecting with old connections. Friends that you may have not spoken to in months, or even years! Also they remind you to also take the time to re-connect with yourself and to take care of yourself. Self care is important! Dylan & Megan share some suggestions on what to do in Calgary for a "Self-Care Date"
