Why should I get involved with justice?

Justice is our witness. We are called to be the light! This is who we are!! We are like a city on a hill that can not be hidden. Each and every follower of Christ has a mandate to be this light & bring about change.

The kingdom of God.

Justice is a person & his name is Jesus! Today, think about why you got involved in justice & where you are in your justice walk. A useful consideration, is the impact of injustice on four of our most important relationships: our relationship with God, ourselves, people and creation! Think of ways you can restore this.

To the one who has missed the mark,

No matter what “ missing the mark” looks like for you, be reminded that trouble produces patient endurance , endurance produces character and character produces hope. There is hope! And his name is Jesus!!! This is a hope that doesn’t disappoint, a hope that pours out love in abundance! A hope that gave his everything for you to be in friendship with you ! A hope that resides in your heart! This hope is love personified! Again, let me remind you! This hope isn’t a concept but a person and his name is Jesus!!!

I’m choosing to accept that today is a good day to place Christ as the foundation of my life. I’m going to start by asking myself the question - where is my hope built on? How about you - what question do you need to ask yourself?

This episode, is to the one who wants to please God.

I don't know about you, but its so easy to think that we need to be perfect to please God, but isn't it so much easier just to ask God "how can I please you in this", and a great place to start is by asking "is my faith in this?"

Today is a great day to realise you don't have to be perfect, come as you are & let God do the rest!
