Shawna jumped up and wrapped a stranger in a hug so she could whisper in her ear, “Your zipper’s down.” She wanted her to know the truth.  God is the friend who will always lovingly tell you the truth.

Perry shares, “I wonder if you’ve ever felt like giving up. I have.” Perry’s been in a season of wrestling with regrets and wondering if his work is making any difference.

As Shawna was promising her daughter that she would never leave her, their hands ripped apart and they went in completely opposite directions. Epic Mom fail!  Shawna’s so grateful that God keeps His promises.

The way of Jesus in not climbing the ladder of success. It’s descending down into the pit where he shows us just how much he loves us and it’s where he molds us into people who can heal our world.
