This episode is inspired by Jana's favorite Christmas movie, Love Actually.  Watching people experience the emotions of greeting or leaving loved ones at an airport is a shared energy when you allow yourself to get in the moment.  Can this work anywhere?  If we get present and "in tune" with the people we are with, can we connect energetically with each other?  I think so.

Try smiling at someone.  Do a random act of kindness for someone.  There is an energy transfer.

Tis the season to be social. Introverts, duck and cover. 
Is social anxiety something you struggle with during the holidays... any time of year?

Is small talk too prevalent?  We want deeper conversations and to be around people who are willing to get real. 

What are the aspects of socialization you enjoy and what are the parts that increase your anxiety?

I (Jason) had a neighborhood event with about 25 neighbors at the community clubhouse.  I was asked to present the Dream Catcher (Camper) for the community so residents and their children could write their dreams down and stick them on the side of the camper.  It's a really fun, cool experience for families, people, and businesses.

When people know your dream, it gives the space to help.  When you help someone with his/her dream, it shows you care.  People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care.

Get connected to each other and share your dreams and visions.

Your mind has to filter the amount of stimulus it consciously processes for you and it selects what it thinks is important to you based on what you have told it via your beliefs and deepest thoughts.

An amazing young woman from South Dakota joins us in Florida for a couple of days.  One big project we take on is Life Mapping. 

Obviously, you don't need to know exactly where you're going at 16, but I bet your soul knew where you WANTED to go when you were 7.

Living Lucky Life Mapping is 100X more effective when guided, but the basics are pretty simple:
1. Segment your life out into different categories
(Example) Family, Fitness, Finances, Field/Career, Friends, Faith, and Fun.

2. Get a crystal clear vision of exactly how you want your life to look in each area.

3. Ask the 5 life defining questions for clarity, understanding, and commitment.

You are either intentionally programing yourself (setting your intention), or you are being programmed by society and the highest paid marketers in the world.

60,000 - 70,000 thoughts a day, 90% of those thoughts are the same day after day after day.  These thoughts are what influence our emotions... how we feel about the day and about our lives.  Our emotional state influences the actions we take and the actions we take will have a DIRECT INFLUENCE on the results we get.  This, in turn, influences the thoughts ---->>>  Shitty thoughts lead down a path and positive, enthusiastic, optimistic thoughts lead down a different path. 

When we are being programmed that the world around us is bad, harmful and that if we don't have "X" we're failing, we're heading down the wrong path.  If we lean into gratitude, and program our reticular activating system to filter the "Paid Programming" for our own "Personal Programming" by implementing a gratitude practice, we start training our thought process. 

80% of our thoughts inherently are negative. If we coax them toward the positive and then only captivate the positive thoughts, allowing the negative thoughts to float through, we are allow to live into the more empowered feelings, actions, and results.

Are you ready to create the life you crave?

I spent too long exhausting myself just "doing".  I don't know if this makes sense to anyone, but I got up every day and went to work from about 7am to 6:30 or 7pm and I was great at my job, but didn't feel like I was really living a life that was exciting or inspiring.  I was trying to find it by doing what everyone else was doing.

Then I decided to just become the best version of myself and I tried over and over to take MASSIVE ACTION.  That meant I would spend thousands of dollars on a conference and thousands more on programs, supplements, and equipment to get there fast.  I'm a work horse, so I could put my head down and "Do It".  I would typically last about 90 days, give or take. Then I would be burned out and fall back into most of my old routines.  Maybe one thing would "Stick".

I read several books on the Japanese philosophy of Kaizen, the first one being The Spirit of Kaizen by Robert Maurer,  and I started making incremental improvements.  I noticed The Compounding Effect of these smaller intentional actions (habits) were more easily integrated into my identity.  (Atomic Habits). By not wrecking my ecosystem, I created lasting change, and my life has completely changed. 

1% better each day for 1 year makes you 37 TIMES better as a person.

Are you ready to live the life you crave?

The first step is to have a crystal clear vision of what you want your life experience to look and feel like each day and overall (and there is a lot involved here).

Try new things along the path to the life you crave. Get out of your comfort zone. Find the fun over the fear. Create energy in the experiences.  One of the most beautiful truths in life is that you have the ability to generate your own ROI for any experience. It's all in how you choose to show up and how you CHOOSE to embrace the experience.
