Jana is in a mood... And Jason is "in trouble"...It's life.
We are a constant work of art, constantly growing, constantly working on ourselves. Trust that the dots are going to connect in a beautiful picture at the end.

It's okay to have a breakdown to have a breakthrough. Get to you.  In this episode you can see how we drifted off center, leaning too far from Jana's authenticity.  Whether it was with great intention, or because of exhaustion from working through the holidays while sick, our nature is to drift. The key is to KNOW YOU, KNOW WHERE YOU ARE GOING, be vigilant, stay focused, course correct along the way, and have a spotter/coach.
 
You know what to do.
Now do what you know. You don't have to do it all.

There is SO MUCH to try and figure out about health and fitness. Green Smoothies have become an integral part of our daily routine. The cost of that adds up, whether you're growing your own veggies, or buying them.  Jason worked in a tomato packing house when he was young, and we are both aware that chemical pesticides and fertilizers are used in many agricultural operations.  We prefer to eat as clean as possible and learned about the Dirty Dozen and the Clean 15.

Positive Mental Attitude: You get to choose your attitude, your state, every morning and each moment throughout the day.  Pay attention. Awareness of shifting and drifting gives you the option to course correct. Making the choice to show up intentionally in the world with direction and purpose in pursuit of your clear compelling dreams and visions sets the direction. Choosing to react and respond congruently to YOUR intentions, and not allow outside influences and obstacles to weaken your resolve or spirit means making good choices in the micro moments of life.

Are you greater than the moment? Will the moment, a word from someone else, a setback, a sticky thought, a new shiny object, or anything else make you drift off course?

How can you hit your goals?

• Clearly define your goals - and know WHY they are important to you
• Break down into smaller, achievable steps
• Create a plan with deadlines
• Track progress and identify success markers
• Stay motivated and accountable (Get a coach)
• Celebrate successes along the way (Enjoy the journey)
• Be flexible and adjust plan as needed 
• Re-evaluate and readjust goals if necessary.

We just returned from a short mission trip to Nicaragua with Chair The Love #ChairTheLove delivering 260 wheelchairs to people who desperately needed a wheelchair for basic mobility.  Video of a similar trip we took to Mexico in October ( Delivering Hope To People In Mexico )

We conducted 9+ deliveries in 4 days. Several locations took place in the recipients' homes and allowed for intimate conversation and connection.

Have you ever drifted off target, away from your goal, from where you WANTED to go and found yourself going in the total wrong direction? It's easy to drift.

We make our habits, then our habits make us.  Know your systems so you know how to get back to the basics when you need to.  Sometimes you need to REBOOT and remind yourself the muscle memory of your success habits.   

There's no sense in beating yourself up (wasted energy). Refocus on shifting your momentum and getting back into the flow of micro-wins and making the right choices in the micro-moments throughout the day.  You have choices ALL DAY LONG...ALL DAY LONG... and sometimes we ignore the options because we rest into easy and excuses.  Change the pattern. Make new decisions. Be Better
