What does it mean to be Living Lucky?  Our thoughts and beliefs influence the actions we take. The actions we take lead to the experiences we have in life.  Our thoughts and beliefs about our experiences influence how we feel about our life as a whole AND our beliefs about life.

When you recognize the pattern in life, you can change the pattern, utilize the pattern, or create the pattern that creates the greates possible experience for you and your life.

For us, we chose to start Living Lucky.  Living Lucky is: Believing in yourself, Believing in the people around you, Believing in your circumstances, & Believing God is conspiring in your favor.  These beliefs allow us to act accordingly in faith over fear. Do you tell yourself that you work well under pressure?  Do you use words like DEADline, phrases like the END is near? Or, when you decide to take on a task, do you break it down into manageable, bite-size pieces and schedule times to get them completed? 

Often we have areas where we procrastinate because we're avoiding something in that area, and we have areas in our life that we schedule. things that we are excited about and we will plan as we go and it feels easy. Recognizing these patterns can make it much easier to relieve stress, uncover areas of avoidance and work on them, and add more productivity with less interruption to our lives.  Life is less messy without procrastination.

One of the biggest things we had procrastinated on was our estate planning and will.  Who wants to think about that in their 20s, 30s, or 40s? The fact is, we're all going to die. It's easier to manage as you go... like cleaning.

There is such a HUGE difference between "trying" to accomplish something and "training" to achieve something.  You're success rate in the TRAINING comes in taking the action.

The most successful people in the world are the people who take action. We often fail to take action for many reasons. Training leads into action. Those who never stop training become Masters. .

How often do we allow a 60 second circumstance wreck a 24 hour day? That's the equivalent of spending $1,139.00 to track down the guy that took your $1.00.  Does that make sense? No, it doesn't.  That's why our tool of Spinning Positive is so important.  Stop throwing your life away on what isn't moving you toward your goals and dreams, on things that aren't serving you.

Get aware of those moments you start feeding those negative thought worms.  Take a minute to recognize any emotions, or feelings, you have and what they are telling you. Process and decide what your next best move TOWARD your desired outcome is.

Don't perpetuate the Doom Loop, spinning down the drain, the downward cycle.  We all know what it's like to realize we've wasted a day, a week, or a decade being bitter, upset, blaming, or claiming victimhood somewhere.  Choose Better for yourself. Choose to start LIVING LUCKY.

Jana and I are in several Mastermind Groups and this was just a MeetUp of some members at a bar in Winter Park, FL.   The topic thrown out was, "What does 'The Unknown' mean to you?"

Unknown in Relationships, Circumstances, Careers, Spirituality, Death, and the unknown within ourselves.

Are we moving into the next moments with a spirit of Faith or fear.  Do we know ourselves well enough to be confident in where we are coming from. 
If you're going to anticipate, or forecast, why not forecast  and anticipate in a manner that puts you in a state that is more conducive to positive results? Balance yourself.

Jana ate bad Celery and was BAD SICK. I need a break from emptying puke buckets.  Today we are talking about taking Jana taking a day off to recharge. She didn't want to come back on LIVE and have Jason in a great mood and her feeling like a turd and obligated to fake happiness which she doesn't want to do.
It takes us a good 5 minutes to get into it.

Aaron Rogers schedules dark and seclusion therapy. Jana and I love sensory deprivation tanks, but personal upkeep makes them cost prohibitive currently.  Jana recalls a Deprivation tank moment from Tulsa when we encountered the massive Hair Spider.  Please, No Shedding In The Tank.

If you haven't tried Sensory Deprivation, give it a shot, it may be just what you've needed.  Hook yourself up with some sauna time also.

Jana and I tried to watch Everything, Everywhere, All At Once on 3 separate occasions. It just isn't our type of movie.  There is A LOT of hype behind it and the acting is INCREDIBLE.  As a work of art, the entire piece would have to be incredible for it's complexity and chaotic organization.  It's like taking a snippet of the 10,000 random thoughts of "how my life COULD HAVE been" that run through your mind in a 3 minute daydream and living them out in the expression of a 132 minute film.

It's exciting that EEAAO one so many awards. We see all of the Living Lucky pillars working in sync here.

Why is it that sometimes we don't get what we want out of life?  Maybe it's because we choose what we want NOW over what we want MOST.  Do you have the discipline to make the right choices most of the time in the micro-moments of life when the small decisions show up between choosing the NOW or the MOST?

Take Ownership of your life. What habit would be the most beneficial for you to drop and what habit would be the best to pick up in order for you to become the best you living your best life? Choose better habits. and continue making the dicision to adhere to it in the micro moments.
