We speak to Susan Griffin (Twitter handle @SusanGriffin530), a lesbian Portlander and lifelong Democrat who lives downtown. She describes herself as a "forgotten resident". She is physically and mentally disabled, and she spoke to me from her wheelchair about what it was like to live through 200 days of rioting in Portland, Oregon, from her government-subsidized housing.
