Why not share our journeys along the way, not just at the end, looking deeply into ourselves. Im really starting to feel the benefits of learning about ego, what it is and the benefits of daily meditation. I have tried many times to be consistent but failed, like many probably. This time I've stuck at it and now am starting to feel lighter and more free. I know of course it will fluctuate but i want us to share this, to help each other on the way. Not they way to feeling peaceful within and not identifying with our egos. Breaking lifetime patterns of behaviour and creating the energy for diligence to practice. Join the ride.
