Y'all… today I talk with my Mom about how she felt as a parent when I was in the hospital after my attempt as well as my subsequent psychiatric hospitalization and recovery at home. She provides an epic perspective from a parent and what she has learned through the process. She also gives her advice(from her experience) for other parents that may have a child going through something like this.
I am so freaking proud of my Mom! Let's just say when I first started this podcast, I had to teach her what a podcast was ;)
Y'all!! This is one of my favorite episodes. I get to chat with 3 of my best friends to talk all things friendships. We had some wine, beer, and just had a fun girls night laughing and reminiscing about how our own friendships in our lives have helped us through life. The laughter the podcast didn't catch was memorable...my abs and cheeks are definitely feeling it ;)
