• Accountability is mutual: Women must also call out destructive female behavior (e.g., using children as weapons, initiating violence) — not only hold men accountable.
• False media messaging is harmful: Content framed as empowerment often deepens relational destruction; consumers must critically filter what they absorb.

  • Have a clear goal with a deadline
  • Don’t tell anyone what you plan to do until you’ve already been taking action for at least 3 weeks consistently
  • Create smaller goals that help you get to your biggest one
  • Start immediately
  • Repeat this for each key area in your personal and professional life
• Become a new person by forming new habits
  • Your behaviors largely determine your results, positive or negative
• Only way to get rid of old habits is to learn and replace them with better ones
