Just be yourself. Follow your heart. You are your destiny.  These phrases sound pretty good and might be inspiring at times. But are they correct? In this series, we will be examining the things we accept without really analyzing whether or not they could be helpful or hurtful. While maybe some of them may be partially true, we'll be looking at exposing the lies we are told and the lies we tell ourselves.
