Transcript: Well if it’s been a moment since we’ve talked you’d least deserve an explanation. I’ve missed you guys and as we’ll talk about today I’ve missed me lately to this quarantine time so far. It’s been really good for me. You’re listening to living the freedom life podcast episode number forty
So here’s what happened before cove nineteen hit. I was talking with a very good friend of mine. And he asked about the podcast inside. I was squirming. I said well. Yeah about that. He instantly knew that whatever I said following that hesitation it was going to be filled with excuses. Well then what happened was really cool. We began to have what was to me an uncomfortable conversation but it needed to happen and I was in what we call a funk. My thought process was like this. I wanted to get to the point where we were helping. More people with our coaching practice. The vision of living the freedom life is to help people and some of the ways that I’ve received help. We WanNa do that as much as possible and research shows that in some arenas video gets better responses so we started producing videos. Let me tell you it was awkward. It was laboring. I didn’t look forward to it at all the way that most people feel about public speaking is the way. I feel about being in front of a camera. I didn’t like it. I was looking for results instead of walking by faith so during the holidays I took a break from the podcast so I thought that would be a perfect time to start doing the videos that mint podcast kinda faded away and I stopped contributing toward it. So let’s just say that there were very few people watching those videos and everything else turned into just background white noise just Blah Blah Blah. Well no matter what the circumstance you can insert the here because of will. I didn’t have look the bottom line is this. I got distracted.
