Saying you have priorities in life is one things, living in congruence with your priorities is a totally different thing. Do your choices reflect what you say is important to you?

Training your mind to see the challenges of life as opportunities for growth, will drastically change your life and your mindset.

You won't reach goals you never set. You won't live the life of your dreams if you never dream. You will arrive somewhere though in 5 years, the question is where? Where are your habits taking you?

The pursuit of that goal is ultimately how I decide if its worth my time & energy. Who would you have to become in order to achieve that goal? More disciplined? More organized? Better at time management? What new skills would you have to learn? You would be GROWING in the pursuit of that goal. The true reward is becoming.
