We're winding down on this cycle - not just the year, but also a huge energetic cycle - and it often feels breathless for many right now (not even counting the end-of-year holidays!). We talked about what's being tied up on Ascended World a few episodes ago; tomorrow morning, let's talk about what to look forward to, what's changing energetically for us as we flow forward into what's next... and what's now, differently and consciously.

What happens when you stop doing what others expect you to do? What does that even look like... could we? Would we want to?

So many run themselves dry this time of year accommodating obligations and expectations, instead of simply enjoying the season, themselves, and those around them. Many don't even realize that's what they're doing! Let's look at how to shift that... and if we really can while functioning in society..

Do you feel like you're ready to "give up" your active spiritual journey... or, how about someone you love and/or are close to?

 

Let's talk about these junctions on our journey, what they're about, what to consider, what directions can be taken.

Can you "shut down" your mind, clear it all out? Do you "pride" yourself in saying that you just can't do that... because you have too many things to do, too much going on, and think about too many things?

Let's talk about this, and why so many believe it takes a monk's training, years of practice, or "a special person" to be able to do that... how that's completely NOT the case, and why it's so, so, SO important to prioritize it now more than ever for us to jump to the "next level" in consciousness!

What is your truth? Do you consistently check it "for updates"? Do you allow yourself to see ALL aspects of what's at hand... or what just feels good?

 

What we consider "truth" is most often very fluid, and very malleable... yet our logical mind (the ego) doesn't like to see it that way.

 

How do we see it differently, in the fluidity it really is... and how do we use that as a tool of consciousness?

Lately, I've had many ask me, "I KNOW there's a lot of the deeper stuff coming to the surface... the question is, where do I start? How do I stop procrastinating from actually DOing this self-work?" It's recognized how so many important things are coming up, but we often get overwhelmed at the whole picture!

 

Today, we're talking about what to look at and where and how to start...

What side of yourself do you not share, or do you only share selectively? We talk a good game about Oneness and Wholeness... and yet, we still hide certain parts of ourselves from others, and from selections in our realities.

Yes, we can talk about a shadow side (and we will)... however, this also includes our spirituality, our sexuality, and many other aspects we still try to compartmentalize!

Let's talk about why this holds us back, and about what integration would do to help on our journey.
