In addition in Hebrews 13:8 it mentions that, “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever”.

The fallen nature loves religion. The Gospel is the opposite of religion. Religion is man’s answer to God; Christ is God’s answer to man. We are under the law of Christ, that royal law of the spirit of life. The Holy Spirit becomes our instructor in the Word and in our personal lives. Israel as a nation, was under the law. When God moved from law to grace, Israel resisted that move. They preferred the old program of rules and regulations from Moses.
