Welcome to episode 18 of Living Well While Living Online. Today, host Tami Reilly is joined by Colleen Freese. Colleen developed a deep-rooted love for group fitness over 10 years ago as a student and knew that she had found her calling as an instructor. She has added her ACE Group Fitness Certification, as well as HIGH Fitness, Balletone, Extreme HIIT Chaos, Tabata GX, Schwinn Indoor Cycling, and is a Master Trainer for Barre Above. Colleen has a big presence on social media which has grown during this time of quarantine. When everything hit in Washington where she lives, her gut reaction was "I have to keep my people moving" and since has really taken advantage of new opportunities and ways to connect with her students. Juggling her brand, her classes, her young children and her health can certainly take its toll, so Colleen's self-care routines and attitude are crucial. When Colleen isn't teaching classes, she and her husband love sending time with their two young sons, hiking, being outside, cooking, being with family, and exploring their home state of Washington. Please follow Colleen on social media, @colleenfreesefitness, and attend her live classes at www.HomeRoomFit.com. Living Well While Living Online is a production of the Quinnipiac University Podcast Studio. It is hosted by Tami Reilly, director of fitness and well-being, and produced by Mike Bachmann.
