Anxiety can be called the next door neighbor to fear. Fear of unknown results in a particular situation that you may or may not be aware of. When added to your bipolar depression it can cause more than enough problems in your life to the point that you become confused by not understanding what's going on. Basically fear of the unknown. Here's what happened to me and I handled it.

There are times when things go on in your life that seem to impossible to imagine. Being evicted from your home and losing everything that you have worked and accumulated for the last 14 years it's pretty scary and upsetting, especially when there was no legitimate reason for it!

This is something that affects most people with bipolar every year and there are ways to help to relieve it in some sorts and other ways to look for what it is. I hope this helps someone through this really ridiculous.
