First, The plaintiff rented a room from the defendant. While living together, the plaintiff says the defendant scratched her vehicle, so she’s suing. The defendant insists she didn’t damage the vehicle. All she did was place an eviction notice on the plaintiff’s windshield.

Then, The plaintiff dated the defendant but says they broke up because she was a promiscuous meth addict. The plaintiff claims the defendant even had sex with three other men while they were together. The plaintiff alleges the defendant stole money from him, so he’s suing. The defendant insists another one of her ex-boyfriends stole the money from her, and she had every intention of returning the funds.
