Theme:           So often hope comes to us in the form of interruptions. When something comes to an end, God comes in and makes a new beginning.  When we’re at the end of ourselves and feel there’s no hope; this is when God interrupts and brings us hope in the most unexpected ways.

our needs and reveals His glory to the world around us. His love for us is present and eternal.

Theme:           God has created us to be generous, giving creatures. We are at our most joyous when we give of ourselves. The more generous we are the more we are living into who God created us to be and the happier we will become.

Theme:           Most people would say that their lives do not consist in the abundance of possessions but we live as if they do. Human beings are seldom satisfied with anything. If left unchecked, this discontent can destroy us.  Perhaps the key to cultivating contentment is to recognize that where our soul finds true satisfaction.

Text:                I Timothy 6:6-10

Title:                When Is It Enough?  ”When Dreams Become Nightmares”

Theme:           The American Dream has become the pursuit for more “stuff”. But so often this pursuit for more becomes a nightmare.  We let our desire for stuff motivate our entire lives. We over extend ourselves financially and the result can lead to much pain and grief. But then Paul suggests that with a change of our hearts comes a change in our desires.
