Theme:            The risen Christ comes to us, as he came to his first disciples. But sometimes we fail to see him among us. Why? We are blinded by our modern prejudices and preconceptions to the presence of Christ. The presence of Jesus is often the great surprise in our life, we don’t just wait or hope for this presence but we anticipate it.

Theme:            We follow Jesus, as his first disciples, "at a distance." We keep a safe distance between ourselves and his demands. Yet the good news, God in Christ, reaches out to us across the distance and embraces us as his own.
