Right now he is excited to be launching Executive Peer Partners, building on his experiences of running dinner based and virtual exec peer space events over the last few years.
Executive Peer Partners is really taking all that to the next level...and a natural collective focus of the group for 2020 will be how to respond to the impacts of the Coronavirus Crisis of recent weeks and months.
Niall describes Exec Peer Partners as a 'global access offering' where diversity of participation is desirable - by age, seniority, nationality, location, industry, etc, at least at first, though later there can be self-defining criteria perhaps used to form sub-groups of peers.
In a sense, it means you will join a mini ‘Crisis Response Think-tank’ of your own, focused on the collective needs of you, your business and the other exec peers in the group.
He plans the initial group will be open to up just 12, there will be weekly contact time as a group and 1 to1, and the whole group will come together virtually at least once per month.
It will be a journey of discovery for sure, he has witnessed and experienced the incredible potential power of collective, collaborative thinking, and in these troubled times is confident that the virtual peer group experience will prove fruitful and invaluable for all.
