Gerry had his say about the murders of Clodagh, Liam, Niall and Ryan Hawe following Claire Byrne's heartbreaking interview with Clodagh's mum and sister on RTE last evening.  The story of Anti Social Behaviour in Trim evoked significant response from listeners.  Paul Maguire took us on his Appalachian Trail adventure while entrepreneurial students from Colaiste Ris in Dundalk exemplified the talent inherent in our young people.

Our Lose Weight & Feel Great crew enjoyed a day out in Carlingford ahead of their final weigh-in on Monday's Late Lunch live from Integral Fitness & Leisure.  The Dubliners songs and story come to the TLT theatre in Drogheda tomorrow night in the guise of Seven Drunken Nights.  Our Women with Opinions took the Crisp Challenge, told us what they'd do with a Lottery Windfall, revealed their hygiene habits and discussed lots more besides.  Leon Blanche from Boylesports looked ahead to the weekend in sport while we continued our support for Kells Finest Fred Cooke on Dancing with the Stars.

Social Media buzzing, messages flying in and phones hopping right through the afternoon all because of  Dr Verner Wheelock and what he had to say about what we're eating and why its basically killing us!  Aisling's Coming Home as mum Antoinette Brady told Gerry.  Rick Kronje brought us his wines of the month and demonstrated the difference a year can make to the same wine.  While fresh from London Fashion Week Plus Sized Model Rhian Thompson was simply inspiring.

Medical Science and consequently our Governments have it all wrong when it comes to what they recommend we eat!  It's well worth listening to Dr Verner Wheelock who believes our levels of ill health can be drastically reduced if we change the foods we consume.  Nicky Kyle our organic gardening expert, advocate of good natural food and friend of Verner joined us as well.

Les Reilly owner of Daybreak in the Naul who sold the €175 Million winning Euromillions ticket to the Meath family syndicate had the crack with Gerry and was quickly follwed by John Lowe the Money Doctor who advised what he'd do with a Lottery Windfall!!  Paul Gray from Ballivor is recovering in hospital in the United States after contracting sepsis and needs all the support from home he can get - Tony Fox took up the story.  Shane Dunphy is such a multi-talented man as we found out this afternoon and while on the subject of talent Tom Honan Press Photographer of the Year popped in for a lively chat.
