Tara Walker and Rick Kronje teamed up to bring us all the best for a Festive Feast!  Move over Ronan - nephew Josh Keating has a wonderful voice which he's using to raise funds for the Marie Keating Foundation.  While Ricky Gerrard has produced three volumes about places of work in Drogheda through the years and they're simply brilliant!

Grounds for Optimism as Louth County Council confirm the sale of land in Dundalk to Louth GAA for the new county grounds - county board treasurer Aidan Berrill was naturally really pleased.  Mia Madden and Shane Hegarty brought us their recommendations for childrens and young adult books this Christmas!  Tony Conlon rounded off the motoring year in the company of Nicky Smith, Peter Doran and Donal Watters.  Whilst Sandra Finegan from Globe Travel brought us her best of the best destinations and suggestions for a range of holiday scenarios.

In 2017 Eddie West faced the abyss - today he's in a very good place and telling his story to help others.  Nicky Kyle took us from Tunnel to Table in her Mid-Winter special.  Margaret Madden named her Book of the Year and had lots of great recommendations for those Christmas stockings!  While Andrea McMahon from Kilmoon Cross Nurseries told us how to care for her Poinsettias (they're only growing 100,000)!!

The irrepressible Neil Delamere paid us his annual visit and the yearly laughter-fest ensued!  Gavin Duffy and Eddie Caffrey were glowing in their tributes to our friend and colleague Dermot Finglas the voice of Country Music who passed away last evening.  Long-time Editor of Phoenix Magazine Paddy Prendiville popped in for a chat.  And boy has Mark Duffy taken to photography like a duck to water - his first collection "Louth Rediscovered" is outstanding!!

Our esteemed colleague Dermot Finglas the Voice of Country Music on LMFM passed away last evening and we're in mourning at the Station today.  As a tribute to Dermot here's the interview he did on Late Lunch on his retirement back in November 2016.

"Dundalk Diva" world acclaimed Mezzo Soprano Tara Erraught dropped in for a chat with one of her biggest fans ahead of her appearance at the Drogheda Classical on Thursday.  Bronagh Conlon of Listoke Gin was in the spotlight on "Lets Talk Business".  Christmas Cuties - lets be having them!  While Lolo Robinson is up for a National Charity Impacy Award this evening and well-deserved it is too.
