David Gladfelter joined the show today. He's a writer. He's a host of the controversial and hit literary podcast Response_Pod. David is gay. And Jewish. Lives in Detroit. Takes care of his husband.

On this episode of Lo Fi Lit, I invited Mesha Maren onto the show to discuss her involvement with Zona Motel - a literary brotherhood on substack. For people who adore, admire and are all about talking about cool ass books. So okay, she's written three novels - Shae, Perpetual West and Sugar Run. We discuss her background and coming up from a small town, activism and entering into a wrestling ring for research on a character. This was a dope episode.

Ivan Genc is a digital designer for Zona Motel over on substack. He's lives in Petrinja, Croatia . We discuss his poetry on Specta poems and how sink holes hit his town. Sink holes are cool but also not cool at all.

The mysterious user behind the twitter profile of @Moonandmouth, who wishes to remain anonymous - came on the show under the risk of assassination and ruin to discuss their latest book "Cataclysm Moves Me : I regret to Say"
