Lo smartwatch sembra un'idea geniale: l'orologio che fa tutto. Ti dice l'ora, conta i passi, misura il battito, ti ricorda persino di respirare. Comodo, no? Eppure dietro quella comodità c'è un paradosso tecnologico che non dovrebbe funzionare: troppa complessità in troppo poco spazio, troppi sensori troppo vicini al corpo.
