In this episode we continue with the history of another milestone in console gaming history with the advent of the Xbox 360, where I discuss the consoles impressively long life span, how it was conceived, and some of the hiccups that occurred along the way. The coupled cocktail with this review is the history and creation of the Mojito, whose recipe comes from liquor.com.
Mojito
- 3 mint leaves
- 1/2 ounce of simple syrup
- 2 ounces white rum
- 3/4 ounce lime juice
- Club soda on top
- Garnish with mint and lime wheel
Directions: First muddle the mint and simple syrup in the shaker. Next add the rum, lime juice and ice and give it a quick shake, straining the mixture into a highball glass. Finally, you'll want to top with club soda and add your garnish.

Continuing with a focus on consoles, I examine the history of the Sony PSP and how it was one of those additions to the history of gaming that really shook things up. This episode's drink is the Cajun lemonade, chosen for it's portability. The recipe comes from southernliving.com and is made as follows:
Cajun Lemonade
- 2 cups (16 oz.) light rum
- 2 cups (16 oz.) citron vodka
- 1 (12-oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 liter club soda, chilled
- Crushed ice
- Lemon slices and sugarcane sticks, for garnish
Directions: Take the first 4 ingredients and stir them together in a pitcher. Next, add the club soda to fill out the pitcher. Serve with crushed ice added to the glasses and garnish with the lemon slices or sugar cane.
