Voters in southeast Fresno are gearing up for an election to fill the seat held by former District 5 City Councilmember Luis Chavez. In November, he won a seat on the Fresno County Board Of Supervisors leaving his council seat empty following his swearing-in.  Luis joins the show to discuss today's election.
