While we have all been stuck in isolation during COVID-19 I thought it'd be good to catch up with my PT Sam from @livwell.bysl and get some tips on staying productive while working from home. While in some parts of the world the lockdown laws are being reduced, it is definitely safe to say that working from home will become the new normal and we must adapt to these changes!
