Please welcome Anthony Russo, President of Commerce & Industry Association of New Jersey (CIANJ) and Publisher of Commerce Magazine for 12 years. Tony was born and raised in Jersey City, New Jersey and is a 1st generation Italian American. He graduated NJIT with a mechanical engineering degree and worked for the NJ Dept of Environmental Protection. He is involved in business, government and politics in New Jersey at the State level as well as the federal level. He promotes businesses teaming up with government to create successful alliances to help people grow their businesses with the government on their team as opposed to working against them. On this podcast Tony talks about NJ's economy, business climate, political atmosphere, the governors election this year and infrastructure. She started her career in finance as a financial advisor and later became an investment banker. One day a girlfriend of hers asked her to help an aging couple in New York City downsize from their large apartment. Heidi jumped on the opportunity and The Perfect Pak was born. Jillian grew up in Pearl River, NY and almost became a police officer (at least that is how the story started!). Jillian explains how she always had makeup as a passion and it kept on pulling her in. She graduated college and became a paralegal in Pearl River, but just wasn't satisfied because the makeup itch was always there. Jillian tells us about her incredible story of her doing whatever she needed to do to get her foot in the industry! She opened up her own business in 2015 and finally fulfilled her passion of becoming a makeup artist. Her business has exploded and she is so in love with what she does. Jessica is the founder of Elements Psychological Services in Montvale, NJ and a clinical psychologist, a child and adult psychologist and a school psychologist. She graduated with her Masters Degree from Columbia University. Her energy is infectious and she is just an amazing person. She talks about children's issues, adult issues and many different types of intervention ad help. She even shares so much about her personal life and her personal struggles with anxiety and ADHD and how it got her to where she is today.

Todays guest is another good friend of mine Jenn Errity. Jenn is such an amazing person and is so involved in the local community. She founded a wonderful for breast cancer patients and survivors called Spoil Me Pink. She has been helping and supporting these women for many years. She is also involved in the Pascack Valley region with her internship program where she places high school seniors in their first internships in high school in local businesses, including mine. It is such a good idea for these children to see what they may be interested in so early and helps them make better life decisions even before they get to college.
