Jessica is the founder of Elements Psychological Services in Montvale, NJ and a clinical psychologist, a child and adult psychologist and a school psychologist. She graduated with her Masters Degree from Columbia University. Her energy is infectious and she is just an amazing person. She talks about children's issues, adult issues and many different types of intervention ad help. She even shares so much about her personal life and her personal struggles with anxiety and ADHD and how it got her to where she is today.

Todays guest is another good friend of mine Jenn Errity. Jenn is such an amazing person and is so involved in the local community. She founded a wonderful for breast cancer patients and survivors called Spoil Me Pink. She has been helping and supporting these women for many years. She is also involved in the Pascack Valley region with her internship program where she places high school seniors in their first internships in high school in local businesses, including mine. It is such a good idea for these children to see what they may be interested in so early and helps them make better life decisions even before they get to college.
