Josh was kind enough to come on the show and share how he got stuck in Trinidad, Tobago for 8 months due to the pandemic. And in that time, he suffered a major foot injury and managed to successfully heal it with dried herbs.   

The mighty Dr. Jackie! Jackie is a Professor and, Research Coordinator for the Vascular Function Laboratory in the Exercise Science Department. She was kind enough to come on the show to talk about what it was like going though the doctoral program and Springfield College as well as announcing her up and coming podcast!
