Hey all and welcome back. Chris and Matt are here to kick off Season 2! The two talk about they’ve been dealing with time off from work, environments, and what it means to invest in yourself. NBA rumors are broken down as well as some hopes for the Patriots’ upcoming season. And, as always, the glorious return of possibly our best “Idiots in the News”.

Episode 5 features one of the group’s closest friends, Sobhi, who flew back to MA to visit. The guys talk about Sobhi’s recent move to South Carolina and the overall impact big change has on our lives and how to handle it. They discuss Chris Sale starts drama for local baseball team “The Woosox” as well as some local “Idiots in the News”.

Chris, Matt, Nate, and Malik talk about what it means to surround yourself with the right people in order to grow. They discuss how trying to be liked by those around them early in life has impacted how they see themselves today. NBA free agency drama has taken the boys for quite the ride as teams in the league gain new prospects. And of course, we have this week's “Idiots in the News” where we see what’s happening down in Georgia.

This week Chris, Matt, and Nate talk about their 2022 so far and what they hope to see as it begins to come to a close. The group talk about a trip down to Miami to have some fun at Rolling Loud and network the brand at Miami Mob. The NBA draft has kicked off and Chris lays down the top prospects so far. With the NHL season coming to a close, the Avalanche and Tampa Bay duke it out for the Stanley Cup with Colorado currently leading the series. This week's “Idiots in the News” consist of some young Floridian house crashers and MORE details on the latest on Ezra Miller.

Chris and Matt have fellow Lightsout members Malik and Nate on the show. They dive into the downfall of the Celtics in Game 6 of the NBA Finals and what needs to be done going forward into the next season. Netflix’s most popular series “Squid Game” is back with news for a second season as well as a “reality show” version coming to the US. They then explore Justin Bieber and his condition as well as this weeks “Idiots in the News”, Amber Heard and Ezra Miller.

In this episode, Chris, Matt, and Ian talk about Men's Health Month and the NBA finals so far. They go into depth on what men’s health means to them and how they keep themselves physically and mentally grounded. At the time of the recording, the Celtics are currently up in the series 2-1.
