You’ve probably seen What Willy Cooks prancing around on the Mob kitchen Instagram or heard his hilarious cooking tutorials which exploded to over 80 thounsand followers in Lockdown, even better you might have cooked his no fuss sexy looking food yourself! This is what happened when Izzy met Willy and found out how you can really take the stressipes out of recipes ( is that not just the BEST slogan EVER?!) and what herbs make up a lockdown kitchen partAY. This week we have nothing short of vegan royalty on the podcast! In this episode I spoke to food blogger Helena, better known as the proud owner of the delicious instagram page ‘Helena’s kitchen diaries’ Helena is always the hostess with the mostess I can vouch I’ve been one of her willing Guinea pigs for a number of years . I’m regularly calling upon her for recipe advice especially in lockdown and wanted other people to be able to access it too so we got together to chat all things instagram, ‘food porn culture’ and why her mother has been reminding her of anton ego from ratatouille.
