Lofty Pursuits

Greg this weeks deconstructs on of his favorite songs "I Want you to be my baby" by John Hendricks. He thought it was written by Louis Primia, but it was just sung by him, and apparently a lot of others.  Lots of updates, talks about upcoming candy for Thanksgiving and Halloween, and of course we read your letters.

Today we go further into what we are doing about the taste trip around the world. Since we can't travel in person, perhaps we can do it with candy flavors. We hope to do a series of international flavors done with the flags of the countries where the flavors are know from.

The Jukebox I'm making is coming along, I'm doing an update here.

Jake is doing his first solo project. Kiwi

And of course we read your letters and give other updates.

Today Greg things about having a good day and talks about the current projects.

You can order a protytpe bag of our Candy Cap mushroom candy here: https://www.pd.net/node/171

This link will change to a production link when the real candy comes out.

Today I do something different, I do an interview. Today I talk to Jane my daughter who literally grew up at Lofty Pursuits. I've never really talked to her about her perceptions about the business before. Its there every day, and it just is not something we've done. This is a bit longer than our normal podcasts.

Greg talks about some encounters with fame, upcoming candies in development, and tells the story of when he made candy that looked like a laundry tablet and what proctor and gamble told him.
