With all of my years of business school, this idea seemed contrary to everything I had learned. Many people are stressed and fearful right now because of the increasing riots due to discrimination, government restrictions due to the pandemic, sickness, climate change, job loss, global political unrest, and uncertainty about what their lives are going to look like in the future. The Leadership Society of Arizona (LSA) began with two Arizona State University professors who realized that concepts which made a person successful and more efficient in the industry weren't being taught in the educational system. Learn about how a course that began with two students turned into the most popular and revolutionary elective course at ASU and Barrett, The Honors College, and afterwards morphed into the nonprofit, Leadership Society of Arizona.
