Finally! Back with a new episode and yes, I actually got to run this time!! Super exciting. Talk about the runs both last week and this week as well as some future plans for a fitness schedule as well as future show ideas.

In this episode we talk about an illegal plant smuggler, no not that kind of plant, nor the other kind you may be thinking.... we talking them succulents!!! Dun Dun Duuuuun!!! As well as some super bowl talk, we discuss some presidential auction stuff just in time for presidents day.

Branching off of the first episode, I reduce the amount of sports talk and I'll make that its own series. For this episode, we talk about Hollyboob as well as Smart Spinach. To top off the show, I discuss some Valentine's Day gift ideas for either yourself or your significant other. Happy listening and stay tuned for the next episode. 

The start of a new series for this channel. This series will essentially be the diary of my fitness journey. I will talk about what my workouts entailed, how I felt, what I ate, strategies etc. I am by no means a medical expert, hell, most of the shit I will talk about might just be full of bull. But I will speak to my experiences and hopefully, those experiences will help you. I'm going to aim for recording one of these episodes once a week.
