This week is a bit different. My two close friends and I have been on a 2 year journey, which isn’t the norm for surrogates.

We were all talking and thought maybe we should address what it’s really like to be on such a long, emotionally tiring journey. Each of us has a different reason/path as to why it is taking so long and we talk about how the emotional rollercoaster has been.

We all address some stigmas that we can say with 100% certainty are not true! 

Please know if you’re a first time surrogate this is not the norm, but it is possible to take this long. 2 years of all our lives have been put on hold and yet we still are pushing forward wanting so much to help someone have a baby. 💕
