Longbox Heroes

The episode we sell out. Or at least discuss cash grabs. And event comics. And sequels that may be unnecessary but are hopefully good. And the cinematic classic, Hot to Trot. All this, what we read last week, the CW’s Arrow/Flash crossover and so much more!

Hear the off-topic ramblings of Leonard and Todd. Beware, things may get a little blue. Enjoy!

Already talking about books in 2016, but it’s a book that should have been out two months ago, what’s another month? We also discuss the differences between the Captain America 3 trailer and the Batman v Superman teaser footage and debate if we’re too old for this. All this, plus discussion from the mid-season finale of AMC’s the Walking Dead.

It’s the 80’s! It’s the 90’s! It’s con vs.con and we’re all caught in the middle! Not only that, Todd and Leonard cover books this week, preview a book coming out this week and TONS of TV talk with the Flash, the Walking Dead and even Jessica Jones. We cram a lot in this week’s episode, I hope it all fits!

On this week’s show, we dig deep when it comes to the futures of print and digital comics. Which has a better future? Where is real innovation coming from? And which is the one really hurting the little guy. All this, reports from the floor of Scranton Comic Con, what we read last week, what we’re looking forward to this week, a new link between the DCU and Star Wars universe and so much more!

Hear the off-topic ramblings of Leonard and Todd. Beware, things may get a little blue. Enjoy!

Todd and Leonard are extra giddy and distracted as this weekend is the second unofficial Soon to be Named Network meet up! But we cover all the news, talk about news we skipped, several off topic discussions, but reminiscing about all the great ideas we’ve had to save comics. All this, what we read last week, what we’re looking forward to this week and some brief discussion of the most recent episodes of AMC’s the Walking Dead and CW’s the Flash.
