Some places start out shitty and never outgrow it...Rock Springs, WY is one of those towns. From a "Hell on Wheels" temporary establishment, to sleepy, but rough mining town, to dying remnant of the old days, to a rough and tumble oil boom town, Rock Springs maintained it's edge through it all.
