LongWindedSpiel

Episode #44 "Good Company"

This week on LongWindedSpiel we recap UFC 222 along with possible match-ups. Couldn't help ourselves so there's a little sneak peak breakdown of UFC 223. Matt "Roadhouse" Rodiek joined us so we had to talk about our Hibiscus Amber ale collaboration. Plus future home brewing projects involving a Blonde ale and some heavy hitting IPA's. It was so much fun recording the current event segment on LWS that I decided to add a few extra news worthy topics. Michael, Matt, and I had such a great time recording this episode that we completely lost track of time. We talked for over 2 hours but time flies when you have great company which makes for an even better podcast. Hope you enjoy

Cheers,

-LWS

Episode # 42 "Tortoise vs Hair"

On this weeks episode, we dive into the vast rabbit holes of the human brain. We discuss mental walls/ road blocks that we as humans sometimes put in our on way. Mike G talks about his bout with the "Devil's Dandruff" and assesses what makes him truly happy in life. Derek shares his strategies to conquering your "inner bitch." Per usual, many twists and turns were taken on this highway of self awareness. Hopefully after listening, you will allow yourself to be honest about whatever it is you feel is holding you back........ and then punch that mother fucker in the mouth!!

This week on episode 41 of Longwindedspiel we discuss/recap UFC 219 Cyborg vs. Holm and Khabib vs Barbosa. Potential female "G.O.A.T.' fighters (which was really easy to agree on after 219). Future match-ups with predictions in the UFC 155 pound division. Predominantly focused on Khabib vs McGregor with some Tony Ferguson and Kevin Lee in the mix as well. Derek teaches our listeners the process of how he's been cooking his steaks to a perfect Medium Rare. Mike G. gives a shout out to his Mom & G-MA for his abundant G.S. Warrior gifts that he happened to be wearing. We say Happy New Year to everybody and discuss resolutions and upcoming events. #J.D.sSURFnTURF2018
