Looking for Goldie

Andrew explains how fantastic customer service can be a religious experience for some...AND why the roller on his computer mouse almost pulverised when Lauren sent through her final email.

A few double entendres occur, Lauren makes another cheeky confession...and the golden trio agrees that kindness, in our crazy world, goes a long way.

Also, a quick shoutout to Luke from Powertrade Industries who put Goldie in her right place :)

Lauren sends Retailer Assist an email, admitting she in fact did make a podcast. Andrew travels to Newcastle to meet with the golden duo. Through many laughs, the trio forge a friendship that will possibly last a lifetime. Lauren thinks Andrew is a peach, Duke thinks he is a pineapple.

Not an "episode" as such, but just to let you all know that more is coming very, very soon...

Lauren and Duke sit down to discuss the response to Episodes 1 & 2, plus what to do next.

Can they get a hold of Andrew? Should they get an actress to voice Toni's written statement? And, with all the fame she is now experiencing, is Goldie truly safe back in the electricity box?

As the quest to find Goldie continues, Andrew comes up with a new case theory and gives Lauren some good advice.

Toni, an interior decorator who has been helping Lauren decorate her interior, adds much needed help to the investigation.

Duke keeps mispronouncing random words.

On a rainy Thursday morning in May, Samuel arrives to upgrade the electricity box at Lauren's house.

What seems like an innocent pedestrian interaction soon turns into a major mystery of mud, mayhem, miscommunication and much, much mirth...
