In today’s episode of Occulture Wars, I go on an hour-long deeply fascinating tangent with Murtagh, who’s been called “Grandfather of Celtic Reconstruction,” an “American shaman,” a priest of the Morrigan— and I’m happy to call him my friend. In this conversation, we speak about some of Murtagh’s experience coming up in the early days of witchcraft and the modern pagan revival, some inside knowledge into how the Wheel of the Year model was actually created (not as mysterious as one might think), entering the realm of faery with and without acid and so much more. This episode will be a special treat for modern pagan history buffs, those of us who love knowing as much as we can about where this movement came from and how it evolved. I very much plan on having Tagh back for another talk when his schedule allows, so for now enjoy this one!
Find Tagh on Facebook with the Pagan History Project, as himself Murtagh AnDoile, and [email protected].
