First, The plaintiff used to be friends with the defendant, but he claims she was a stalker. He says she had him falsely arrested for assault, so he’s suing for stolen and damaged property, and pain and suffering. The defendant argues the plaintiff punched her in the face. She’s countersuing for dental bills and assault.

Then, The plaintiff dated the defendant’s mom, and they had a child together. He claims the defendant’s mom slept with other men. He is beginning to question paternity because the defendant threatened him, so he’s petitioning the court for a DNA test. The defendant is upset that the plaintiff doesn’t believe he is the father.
