Emeritus Professor Sian Harding from Imperial College London will be talking about her big data analysis of cardiovascular outcomes in women vs men and we will be asking whether outcome discrepancies could be replicated in other specialities?

Kavita Oberoi OBE will be talking about her remarkable story that started off with repping for Bayer. Kavita remains a Woman in Pharma to this day and is also a motivational speaker, influential entrepreneur, charity fundraiser and media personality. She champions girls & women and comes from a traditional Indian background. Kavita believes that success must be shared to be worthwhile.

Christmas is coming😱 It’s a time when life gets more and more hectic for Women in Pharma. The work, social and family demands on us can feel overwhelming. What should be enjoyable can be a tearful time.

Miriam and Sarah chat with Giovana Pezzi, a Woman in Pharma and pharmacist who has worked agency and client side. Giovana came very near to burnout, recovered, and now wants to provide wellness support to other women in the industry.

If you’d like some ideas on how to turn down invitations in a beautiful way, look after your wellbeing, or just feel less alone, or guilty, about not loving this time, prioritise yourself, pop in your headphones and listen to Giovana’s calm, soothing words.
