Teofimo Lopez shocked Vasiliy Lomachenko and unified the lightweight titles to become the undisputed champion. Lopez appeared to clearly confuse and outbox Lomachenko for the first seven rounds primarily working behind a quick stiff jab. Lomachenko had a late round rally in rounds eight through eleven but Lopez came back strong in the twelfth to rock Lomachenko and take back the momentum.
