This episode is brought to you by the members of our discord! Each month for the past year we have run contests for our Patreon members, and for December the contest was to write a short story about the Sanguinala. This Imperial holiday focuses on the sacrifice of the Primarch Sanguinius and the hope he inspires across the Imperium. We have four stories; 2 honorable mentions, and our second place and first place finishers. Congratulations to our winners and thank you to everyone that participated!

As the galaxy slowly gets smaller for the Tau, their need for haste to spread the Greater Good only intensifies. With the time between the Spheres shrinking between every Expansion, they are now more than ever driven by a need to have others support their philosophy; to aid them in it’s spread. Desiring to push beyond their Empire’s confines during the 4th Sphere, they invited disaster upon themselves, only compounded by their need to lie and spread propaganda. And in their ignorance of the galaxy they live in, their 5th Sphere has only been met by more soul crushing conflict.Join us, and Rio, as we dive into the Tau’s 4th and 5th Spheres.

“Concerning Squats. We are rather peculiar creatures, content more with our own affairs of mining and trading agreements than the state of the Imperium and the galaxy as a whole. We are stalwart drinking companions, true warriors, and you’ll never find a better or stronger friend than a Squat. While our current predicament is a shame, with the right encouragement and direction, we may yet see a resurgence of the Squat race in our galaxy.” - Ancestor Lord Bilboa, 245.M36This episode is all about Squats! Previously released on the Let's Talk Lorehammer podcast, this episode was a meeting of brilliant minds including Mark, Erik, Matt and Bob. Our discord server has undertaken a massive project this past year in its attempt to recreate our version of the Necromunda world and book, which we dubbed the Necrommunity. In this episode we work together to build a hive city from the ground up, thinking and imagining every possible facet of a hive city. The audio was recorded remotely, and therefore is not the usual quality of Lorehammer. We thank you for your understanding! If you would like to be involved with the Necrommunity, please join our discord server! We look forward to seeing your contributions.

The Aeldari have stood on the precipice of obliteration for thousands of years. As millennia pass, so too does the brilliancy that once covered the entirety of the galaxy. Doomed to extinction since their Fall some 15 thousand years ago, they have desperately held on to life for as long as possible, clawing at the skeins of fate, grasping for a future. And finally, that new future has come. Ynnead, the God of Death. Its awakening breathed new life into a race beaten down and tread upon. Its chosen priestess, Yvrainne, binds together the Aeldari, convincing them to abandon old tradition, to shake off their depression, to embrace a new path. She will usher in the destruction of the Great Enemy, She Who Thirsts. And through this, guarantee the survival of her race.In this episode, we cover all things Ynnari! This relatively new faction is ready to fit right into the grim dark reality that is Warhammer 40,000. Joining us for this episode are James and Brant.
