…I have probably a dozen or so large pieces just sitting here staring at me that I cannot enter into these exhibitions in places that would get them seen and quite possibly bought by someone. So I'm just sitting here looking at them… what to do?

I had an acquaintance tell me once that I was “too nice.” The context was that I was being too forgiving of someone who had been super ugly to me. The truth is, I just didn’t care. It wasn’t important enough to be upset for long. And it won’t be the worst thing in the world if my tombstone reads, “She was just too nice.”
